In 2012 because of needing development made the Lin Investment Group Inc. A quick service Chinese restaurant company aimed at the emerging food court dining opportunities in shopping centers around the country. Lin Investment Group's success in the Chinese market led to the creation of both Japanese and Cajun prototypes.
